Seth Rogan Ted Cruz Twitter Fight

We’ve got the tweets all laid out for you.

On Wednesday, Sen. Ted Cruz criticized President Joe Biden for rejoining the Paris Climate Agreement, saying, “By rejoining the Paris Climate Agreement, President Biden indicates he’s more interested in the views of the citizens of Paris than in the jobs of the citizens of Pittsburgh.”

By rejoining the Paris Climate Agreement, President Biden indicates he’s more interested in the views of the citizens of Paris than in the jobs of the citizens of Pittsburgh. This agreement will do little to affect the climate and will harm the livelihoods of Americans.

Keep in mind, the Paris Climate Agreement is essentially a policy where countries agree to fight climate change together. It has nothing to do with President Biden being “more interested” in the “views” of Parisian citizens. LIKE??

This led to a lot of back-and-forth between the two, so buckle up — I’ve laid it all out for you.

Ted replied to Seth’s tweet and said, “Charming, civil, educated response. ⁦If you’re a rich, angry Hollywood celebrity, today’s Dems are the party for you. If you’re blue-collar, if you’re a union member, if you work in energy or manufacturing…not so much.”

Charming, civil, educated response. ⁦@Sethrogen⁩

If you’re a rich, angry Hollywood celebrity, today’s Dems are the party for you.

If you’re blue-collar, if you’re a union member, if you work in energy or manufacturing…not so much.

“If you’re a white supremacist fascist who doesn’t find it offensive when someone calls your wife ugly, Ted Cruz is the exact motherfucker for you,” Seth replied, referencing the fact that Ted supports Donald Trump, who insulted Ted’s wife in 2016.

If you’re a white supremacist fascist who doesn’t find it offensive when someone calls your wife ugly, Ted Cruz is the exact motherfucker for you. https://t.co/w4zdynI2V9

“Also, I’m in four unions,” Seth added.

The next day, Seth tweeted a video to Ted, telling him to watch a video of an Allegheny County executive calling out Ted for being a “climate denier” and “COVID denier.”

Hey @tedcruz. Watch this and then go fuuuuuuuck yourself you clown. (This is way more fun now that I know he’s for sure seeing my tweets) https://t.co/9hsLehI5Bp

On Friday, Seth then replied to Ted’s tweet about the movie Fantasia. He said everyone who made the film would have hated him.

Then, Ted replied to Seth, using an ableist remark, saying that Seth behaves “like a Marxist with Tourette’s.” He said, “Screaming F U! F U! is really, really clever. Your movies are typically pretty funny. I’m sure you hate that I enjoy them.”

They’re all dead. So I think we’re good. And Walt Disney was a Republican.

Even though you behave online like a Marxist with Tourette’s (screaming “F U! F U!” is really, really clever), your movies are typically pretty funny.

I’m sure you hate that I enjoy them. https://t.co/ImVm26QWb8

Seth then called out Ted using Tourette syndrome as a jab. “As someone who has Tourette’s in their family (and also has a very mild case himself), I once again take great pleasure in telling you to go fuck yourself.”

As someone who has Tourette’s in their family (and also has a very mild case himself), I once again take great pleasure in telling you to go fuck yourself. (Also VERY few cases of Tourette’s manifest in uncontrollable swearing. Most cases, like mine, manifest in twitching.) https://t.co/NJaEjMfNJt

To which Ted responded, saying, “It’s your party that believes in government power: to shut your business, to oppress your faith, and to censor your speech.”

All jokes aside, @Sethrogen is a moron.

It’s your party that believes in govt power: to shut your business, to oppress your faith & to censor your speech.

Anyone who disagrees, they try to cancel.

BTW, a lot of folks in Hollywood are conservative—& muzzled by the fascist Left. https://t.co/i9o80vFtS0

Seth quickly answered, saying that Ted “literally inspired a deadly insurrection,” referencing the Capitol riots, which left five people dead:

Twitter: @Sethrogen

Senate Democrats have requested an investigation as to whether Ted Cruz has been linked to the riot. Their statement reads, “The question the Senate must answer is not whether Senators Hawley and Cruz had the right to the object to the electors, but whether the senators failed to ‘put loyalty to the highest moral principles and to country above loyalty to persons, party, or Government department’ or engaged in ‘improper conduct reflecting on the Senate’ in connection with the violence on January 6.”

That’s the last of Ted responding, but Seth did want to make one thing clear — there is no “feud.” Why? Because “Ted Cruz tried to overthrow our government.”

This isn’t a Twitter “feud.” @tedcruz tried to overthrow our government. He inspired a deadly mob to storm the Capitol. And I think that deserves ridicule. So fuck him.

“Your lies got people killed,” Seth most recently said. “You have blood on your hands.”

Twitter: @Sethrogen

Ted has not responded to Seth’s most recent tweets, but something tells me he will. And we will update you if/when that happens.
